Previously, the Virginia Supreme Court
ruled
in favor of a lawsuit filed by neighbors. This is an unusual mixed-use development which includes a 116 unit property (assumed to be condominiums) in a 10-story building and the reconstruction of the First Baptist Church of Clarendon with the preservation of the existing 107-foot church steeple. This was approved by Arlington County in October 2004.
