The 300-foot-tall, 26 story residential tower on the site of the Best Western Hotel Rosslyn and includes 337 condominium units and 4,400 square feet of retail space.

The tower offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the $800,000s to more than $4 million. They range in size from over 1,500 to over 6,000 square feet and feature views from Key Bridge to Georgetown and sweeping vistas of the Potomac River.

Turnberry Tower is being created in Arlington County’s emerging downtown Rosslyn by South Florida-based Turnberry, Ltd., one of the country’s leading real estate development firms. Led by Chairman/Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Soffer, Turnberry, Ltd. has built numerous South Florida landmarks, including Turnberry Isle Resort and Golf Club and Porto Vita. Currently, Turnberry is completing development of the sold-out, $650 million Turnberry Place, the first high-rise condominium community to be built overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and Turnberry Ocean Colony, a lavish residential enclave of elegance, opulence and privacy on 5.5 acres of prime South Florida beachfront property. Additionally, the company is creating upscale condominium-hotel towers at The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach and Atlantis, Paradise Island in The Bahamas.
